School Cancellation, Delay, and Dismissal Information: 
CANCELLATIONS:
- Unless there is an extremely extraordinary circumstance, schools will always be cancelled together (ALL or NONE).
- Notification will be sent to the emails and phone numbers on file (please update them if necessary). Local media will be contacted, and it will be posted online on our website and Twitter.
- All afternoon and evening activities are also always cancelled unless further notification is sent to indicate otherwise.
DELAYS:
- We only utilize two delays: one hour or two hours.
- Notifications are sent in the same manner as cancellations (above).
- Half day morning Pre-K and kindergarten are cancelled when there is a two hour delay. It is at parent discretion if half day morning Pre-K and kindergarten children attend when there is a one hour delay.
DISMISSALS:
- Dismissals are rare.
- Notifications are sent in the same manner as cancellations (above).
- It is likely there will be significant bus delays in the event of dismissals to insure safe transportation. Please be patient.
**In all instances that school remains in session, parents must use their own discretion when determining whether to send their child(ren) to school if they have concerns about safety.
